I gave you the wrong address with my order, what should I do?

Please email me the correct address as soon as you can to [email protected]You have 24 hours to do this before your order ships to make changes. Please note, once your order has shipped I can not change the shipping address nor am I responsible for packages sent to the wrong address as no fault of my own.

 

Are these products 100% natural?

Please note, most items sold on our site are NOT 100% natural in content, though our items are made with mostly natural ingredients. There are, however, some products that ARE 100% natural, and it will state that in the product description.

 

My order has not yet reached me, how soon will it ship?

What is your return policy?

Because of the nature of these items, returns are not accepted and all items are final sale, except in the event you have received damaged goods upon arrival.

 

I placed an order with you, but I need to cancel it.

If your order has not been shipped, I am able to cancel your order and refund you your money. However, if your order has already been shipped, you will have to return your items to me upon receiving them and can then receive a store credit or exchange those items for something else. Package must be in its original state and un-opened/tampered with in order to receive money back for a refund.
